We provide remote support as a time and cost saving measure for our customers. We can fix many problems remotely for a fraction of the cost of a service call.
We provide remote support to customers all over the country.
We receive and monitor the network and backup status of your network via custom a email monitoring system. We often call customers to tell them they are having a problem before they know it exists - or it effects their business.
We can access servers and workstations remotely at your request using secure Windows XP and Windows 7 Remote Support Clients we have created for this purpose.
We also provide a DDNS service (a way to find a computer on the internet) that most of our clients use to access their computer when out of the office.
