Rates |
- FHCC's basic billing rate is $85.00 per hour
- All materials supplied are billed separately
- Minimum Billing Policy
- Remote and Phone support are billed in 15
minute increments per day (not per call).
- There is a two hour minimum for on-site
service in Western Suffolk and Nassau Counties
- There is a three hour minimum for
on-site service in Queens and most of Eastern Suffolk
Counties
- There is a four hour minimum for on-site
service in New York City
- There is an eight hour minimum for on-site
support off Long Island, NY
- The hourly minimum may be waived at the
discretion of FHCC
- Emergency Service Surcharge
- Travel Expenses outside the local area
- There is no extra charge for travel on Long
Island, NY
- Actual travel expenses for travel off Long
Island, NY will be billed
- Actual travel time to your location will be
billed
