FHCC Offers on-line, on-site, remote and phone support to our customers

  • Remote support - Using tools like Terminal Server, PC-Anywhere, VNC and GoToMyPc, FHCC is able to maintain computers, networks and software remotely. Please call or email us to request support
  • Phone support - Phone support is available when remote support is not possible. Please contact us in advance for support during the hours we are closed. Emergency support is available
  • On-site support - There are times when you just have to be be there! When the problem cannot be solved remotely, we will come to your office or home office and solve the problem.
